Important information you need to know:
Per Georgia state law – all injectable treatment must be performed under the direct supervision of a licensed physician – with that physician being on-site during the procedure. Dr. Lois’ RN – Dot Hupman (RN/MSN) has been performing all injectable treatments for over ten years and has done hundreds of injectable treatments under Dr. Lois’ direction. She is certified, specially trained, and more than qualified to give these treatments. Her hundreds of happy patients attest to her capabilities and success.
Juvederm™ - How it works…
Before your treatment you will be prepped and made totally comfortable. The correct formulation (Ultra or Ultra Plus) – will be injected into specified areas – using a very fine, tiny needle. This will take about 15 minutes or more. Since Juvederm™ is a smooth gel that flows easily and consistently into the skin – this treatment is painless. Any swelling and tightness goes away within 7 days or less.
Juvederm™ can be a lunch time treatment for you because of the minimal discomfort involved – most of our patients return to work or normal activity right after their treatment.
